i didn't find the actual song you are looking for but i may have a good start. check out the song 'secret prayer' by joe satriani from his albulm crystal planet. the begining of this song sounds very much like what you are looking for, except it is not acoustic. i am still looking for who did the version found in the actual 350 Z commercial but i think satriani did the original.
