I think the song/commercial you're talking about is one of two Levi's Jeans commercials. One is an older one and features a song called "Whatever Lola Wants" and is sung by a number of artists from Mel Torme' to Ella Fitzgerald to Soulskin. The other is a more recent commercial with a song by Willie Nelson entitled "You Were Always on My Mind". Hope that helps.
