It is a piece of music written specifically for the commercial spot entitled, "Magnet." The artist is Kathy Fisher (of the group known as "Fisher"). They have several albums out and it is my understanding that Elias (the company that commissioned the piece) may be releasing the theme from the 'magnet' ad on a disc with some other music soon.
