It's Elaine Irwin-Mellencamp. Born 1970 (cant find her birthdate), 5'10". Married to since John Mellencamp since 1992 (2 kids with him, born 1994,1995). His 3rd wife, 19 years his junior and 3" taller. She is also a photograher and race car driver (including pace car at 2001 Indianapolis 500). I'd say John's a lucky guy! :)
