Got this from Yahoo! search for Dean Martin mentioning the Tropicana ad (btw there's a website for the ad too with all the NYC cafes used in the ad listed).

The Amazon.co.uk link came from www.songofthesalesman.co.uk which listed all ads using Dean's songs.

Looks like it's available to download as MP3 too but didn't investigate further as wanted to backtrack to give you this info.
