What is Portfolio Statistics?

Portfolio Statistics is your reporting tool to analyze the performance of your showreels.

Format Montage FreeForm Field:
This field enables you and helps you to tell your audience about the contents of Montage files. In general it is preferable to upload/submit one videofile for each clip you'd like in your showreel. Anyway, sometimes you have a great montage showing off your work or your would like to collage your work in a way where each segment would be just too short to dedicate it an own video-file. In these cases select the 'Montage'-type by selecting 'This file contains a montage of clips'. Enter the start offset for each segment in Timecode format first. For example, the first segment should start at 00:00:00:00. Follow this by a seperator, here a double-asterisk '**'. Then add the comment, name or both for this segment. You end and entry by pressing the 'Enter'-Key (and thus introducing a linebreak into the textfield). An example of multiple entries will follow.

Format Single
If your uploaded videofile contains only one clip, select the 'This file contains a single clip'-type. The entry-form will change to a multi-field view, one field for every credit-category. Start to enter your credits for this clip with the field after Clipland Key. At the time you leave this field (which is dependent on the clips type: Client, Band, Short Title, Movie Title) you will notice that a yellow window opens to the right of the 'Your Files' view. The interface submitted the data you entered into this field and queries the Clipland database. If the entry you are about to add credits for here is already in the database (and thus in the list) you can click on the entry and the form will be filled automatically saving you time and effort. You are free to alter the aut-fill data and refine our records by this way.
