Synopsis

On a cold winter day in Maryhill, Glasgow, a woman sits behind a drum kit in a shop window and plays along to The High Fidelity's "I Thank U." Passersby stop, stare, smile, and react to the unexpected performance, turning the ordinary street into an impromptu audience space. The camera observes these candid responses as much as the drummer herself, giving the video an unscripted, street-level charm. Its simple setup matches the song's warm, celebratory spirit.
