I've read one review that stated Walken's performance in Weapon of Choice surpasses William Shatner in self-parody. The thing is, Fatboy Slim didn't just get a celebrity to dance in one of his videos; Christopher Walken IS a dancer. (If you watch closely enough, he dances in all of his movies). While it is somewhat ridiculous to see a mob-boss type-cast actor dance to something like Fatboy Slim, every one of Walken's moves is a graceful gem in Weapon of Choice. I love his lizard face. Fatboy Slim made a great move to feature Walken at his best in this piece.

This video's great. The sheer fact that it's Walkin dancing through an empty hotel. The message is great too. Express yourself, be free to make your own decisions, your choice is your weapon against conformity.... There's quite a bit behind all the dancing and flying. I mean, come on... flying??? Flying epitomizes the entire video. What could me more open and free than flying in front of a picture of sailboats (another obvious reference to freedom and self expression). Watch the video again and pay attention to the little things. They're everwhere.
