That's "The Load" by The Band. It was also played in the movie "Easy Rider" and was one of the most memorable, meaningful songs from that movie. |

Sorry, I said it was the song "The Load", but actually the song is called "The Weight", by The Band. (In the song they sing, "take the load off Annie".) |
