according to http://www.duncans.tv/2005/sprite-basketball-pool, the song was made specifically for the commercial by an "unnamed austrailian band". the commercial name is Liquid Freedom. it also says you can get the 30 second clip on limewire, i don't know if the song was never completed or what the deal is. hope that helps.
