Help to find song/video

My wife and I are trying to remember the name of a certain song that was we believe was instruments only. It has steel drums promenant in the song and there was a music video for it where it was people painted up as various afican animals and in the end they wash all the paint off. Anyone remember the song. It came out in the late 90s |
