help identifying commercial based in North Korea

I caught the end of an ad on Japanese TV tonight and can't figure out who's commercial it was. It was about a man who's only job it was to hold a small board up during a rally in North Korea. All the boards together made up the face of the North Korean leader (Kim Il Sung?). Any way he didn't show up and his missing spot made a black tooth in the face. Hilarious ad but I have no idea where to find it again or who's it was. I'm pretty sure they said it was for a Dutch insurance company. Anyone know? |
