does anyone know who that girl with the blue hair in the garnier commercial was, it was a commercial for Garnier 100% colour. It went "Rebel 3%, Heartbreaker 97%, 100% colour" or something like that, WHO WAS THE GIRL? please and thankyou |

Yeah, I've been wondering that myself. She reminded me of a white version of the j-pop singer Nami Tamaki for some odd reason, but quite alluring in her own right.
