It's called "Blower's Daughter" and it's by the wonderful Damien Rice, on his "O" cd.

It's called Come on Closer by Jem...its kinda hard to find on kazaa but just search for come on closer...ah yes frou frou is amazingly good...you should also try Ivy very similar to both artists
