the song is 'blue monday' by new order. there are actually two versions of the song, one is a remix and one is the original. the original is the one featured in the advert, i think :)

btw it isnt techno, its electronic :)

The song is called blue monday. Its by New Order. The same group that done World in Motion, and has Keith Allen, the father of Lilly Allen, in it.
