Locating a TV Commercial

I'm trying to locate a TV commercial that is probably 1 to 3 years old and proabably a commercial that sponsored a sporting event (pro football). It deals with a guy who is the president of a company and has been losing business. He has a meeting in a room with his managers and is handing out airline tickets telling his managerw which custome they should visit and he has one ticket packet left and one manager asks who that one is for. He answers that he is taking that one and visiting a long loyal customer who no longer will purchase product from them. I need to know what the product was so I can locate the commercial, it was done very well and illustrates the need for customer service and staying close to the customer. |
