Message: "2000 Flushes" 'Father Time' commercial song

Hi there,
There's a current commercial for '2000 Flushes' featuring an actor
playing Father Time. In the background, an instrumental song is
playing. I'm rather sure everyone has heard the song at one time or
another, as it's a popular 1950's instrumental theme. I remember
hearing the song as far back as childhood, but I've never heard a
title or artist associated with it.
It's a light, bouncy song, very much along the lines of the theme for
the 50's TV show 'I've Got a Secret'...lots of pizzicato strings.
That theme song was called 'Plink! Plank! Plunk!' and sounds very
similar to the song I'm requesting, but is not quite right. It's also been suggested that the song is 'Holiday For Strings' by David Rose, but that song is slower than the one used in the commercial.
