Hey, that as not a cover but a remix of the actual CT studio 16 track analog tape with added instrumentation and drone effects. The ad was actually done by a regular Chi ad agency contractor using several different pieces of music. It was done on spec (w/o prior permission) CT (the rights owners ((rz and rn)) needed to be persuaded afterwards, but it turned out not to be too much of a problem since the finished ad was very classy. Probably CT would have resisted the idea, but a clever ad on the Super Bowl is more good than harm (especially when your whole gig revolves around county fairs). I think rz was quoted as saying "we liked it" but i can't be sure if that is the truth. Anyway that's the story i heard on the inside. Take it w/g.o.s. - tz
