This is the grandfather of music video. He went to Warner AMEX Sattelite Entertainemnt (WASEC) with the idea of launching a music video network. His ideas was founded on his so called 'popclips'. He already made one for his song 'Rio'. But the deal blew because he had an artistic vision of music video rather than the promotional approach. Later WASEC started MTV - without him.
