1 Acclaimed director Steven Soderbergh is working on his next coup: a film about Che Guevara. Benicio Del Toro will play the part. The interesting bit is that Soderberghis planning to make three films out of it, one called "The Argentine", then "Guerilla" and third, a documentary wrapping it all up.

Robert Redford will play the coach in a biopic about sports star Jackie Robinson and Anthony Mackie will play the part of Jesse Owens in a film about the sprinter's Olympic career.

2 Rachel McAdams will star in the adaptation of Audrey Niffeneggers Sci-Fi romance "The Time Traveler's Wife". The film scheduled to be released in 2008 will be directed by German "Flightplan" director Robert Schwentke.

After Brian DePalma brought "Black Dahlia" onto the screen, "Narc" director Joe Carnahan is planning another adaptation of an James Ellroy novel. "White Jazz", the sequel to "L.A. Confidential", will be his next film.
