Dimension Films/The Weinstein Company is due to produce a film based on Stephen Kings short story "Mist". Frank Darabont has signed on to direct. Darabont already did two King films, "The Shawshank Redemption" (1994) and "The Green Mile" (1999). Next in preparation at Weinstein's company, adaptations of King's novels "1408" (Mikael Hafstroem will direct) and "Puls" (directed by Eli Roth).

1 TV star Rachel Bilson from "O.C., California" has signed on for the role of Teresa Palmer in Doug Limans' new science-fiction thriller "Jumper". The film also starring Hayden Christensen and Samuel L. Jackson is currently being filmed in Canada and is scheduled for release in 2008.

Jennifer Aniston's production company is preparing to produce a psychological drama based on a Harvard study. Aniston is thinking about taking the lead role. The project is still so new imdb has no info out for the public.
